Fully Accessible ADA Home

Create a fully accessible ADA home where design stands the test of time – New build.

In this project we tore down an existing home and utilized the foundation of the house. The home at the start was 4 beds, 2 baths and 1,776 square feet. With the new build it is 4 bedrooms, one office, huge therapy room, with an additional ADU that has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living room.

The goal was to create a space that was 100% accessible to a person in a wheelchair and look beautiful for many years to come. There is a rather large article coming out in a magazine hopefully this month featuring this project.
